The Eighth Judicial Circuit is pleased to present "Educate The Eighth: A Demonstration of Trial Skills" on Friday, May 17, 2019, from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. in Courtroom 4A at the Alachua County Civil and Family and Justice Center.
The material will be presented by experienced trial attorneys and members of the judiciary in a “show and tell” format using a mock case as a guide. Presiding will be Chief Judge Toby Monaco. This year our fact pattern will involve a contested probate and a presentation and question and answer session with Judge Ferrero and Civil Staff Attorneys about court procedure. Members of the judiciary will be in attendance to  provide comments and critique.
