Kevin Horan is a retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent and former Assistant Prosecutor with over 30 years of experience in criminal investigations, cellular forensics, and courtroom testimony. He co-founded Precision Cellular Analysis (PCA), which provides expert witness services and advanced cellular analysis for law firms, law enforcement, and prosecutors nationwide. This 90-minute zoom lecture will help attendees understand cellular and digital evidence, evaluate the reliability of such evidence and methodology under the Daubert standard, apply foundational evidentiary issues to this complicated area, and develop practical litigation strategies in light of cellphone evidence.
